Sitting here reading through old entries, specifically in 2004 when I had my first baby, who is about to be 8!! I cannot believe how much I have changed. I never feel like I am getting older or anyhthing really, but I guess I am haha. I can't believe I am not far from having my third child. And last. ANyway, I was planning to type more, but sleep is seriously calling my name.

10 years of livejournal is coming up in a few days. stay tuned for a reflection of all LJ has seen my through :)

i finally have a day off and next week my schedule will be more regular. I am just sitting here stalling because i am about to do a couple of hours OT from home. I still really want to find a transcription job working from home but right now the hospital is fine. We just have the one lady i always talk about that is 58 going on 12 and i am so over her crap! if she quits/gets fired, life will be great at work. Which is terrible of me to say but seriously.

I finally got Michael's birthday party booked at the bowling alley and now i just have to figure out how i want to decorate it. it is a blacklight party so i am thinking that won't entail too much on my part, but i still enjoy it :)

Speaking of birthdays, Michael is about to be 7! Where did the time go? Marissa will be 4 in May. Its surreal. They just keep growing and being not babies anymore.

You would think i would have something interesting to say, but i have been at work so much for the entire month of March that there is nothing else to say really. Um, we're making a day trip to the Dallas area next weekend for a shopping trip to Whole Foods. I don't think that qualifies as interesting but i am excited about it because I love love love that store. All we have here are regular run of the mill grocery stores with mostly unhealthy junk in them. Seriously, people here, and maybe everywhere i just haven't noticed, start giving their kids soda when they're like 2.

Um, yeah, so nothing profound here. But at least i am posting more often.

its kind of unreal that tomorrow will mark one year since we got married (officially mind you, we've been together for most of my adult life). i have reserved a room at a hotel here in town and bought the same wine a friend bought us for our wedding day last year. I am totally rockin it this year, i think i put together a cool little overnight date night for us.

Anyway, i finally have decent internet and an awesome computer so i am back online finally. The internet i had before sucked and it didn't have me online very much, now i have moved on to cable and oh what a difference!

My next task is to find a transcription job at home, because life at the hospital sucks. I won't even do into that one, but the director really pisses me off so yeah. Let's just say i feel like i am constantly at work. No sign of relief.

Michael is in TaeKwon Do and he does very well. He has had two belt tests and won a 1st place trophy at his very first competition. Unfortunately, no tournament this month. We have our nephew's 16th birthday party to go to.Little miss Marissa talks constantly and is a little clown.

Anyway, i am going to go. I have to dye my hair in order to not look like a total hag for the anniversary.

so after all the trouble i went to to get a BlackBerry earlier this year, i figured out that they are just not all they are cracked up to be and I am moving on to an Android phone. So excited. Of course i have Sprint, so not getting THE Droid, but still. I am ridiculously excited nontheless. Nerd? yes, and proud of it

I really am going to post soon, life keeps getting in the way lately, so I have tons of things in my head. Hope you are all well. Ale one or two of you hat might read this, that is :P

I am still here. As usual, work is busy and home is busy. Still in the process of removing negativity from our lives, at least as much as possible. It is HOT here in TX. We're in the mid to high 90s every day, and it is only going to get hotter. It will probably be another summer of 100+ degrees all the time. NOT fun. I thought we were having people over tonight, but apparently not. i have to say, i am a littel disappointed in that. But whatever. So yeah, I should not be on here. Housework calls.

I have been up since yesterday morning. And I am about to have to leave for work. Yep, this sucks.

I am so sick of this cold that I have had. We had a wonderful Christmas. The kids got too much stuff, really, but we are thankful. Mike and I were given money for a flat screen tv, which we bought today, and it is great. I really love it! We are finally with the times haha. Now I have to find out about getting an HD receiver for the satelite.

Things are pretty good around here, jsut calming back down after the holidays. I will be glad when New Years is over and it is all normal.

ANyway, have some things I would like to do before I go to sleep for the night, which I hope i actually get some decent sleep. Michael likes to wake us up too early these days.

Merry Christmas to everyone! It has been a wonderful couple of days, and tomorrow, thanks to my mom and dad, we get to get with the times and get a new TV. I am super-excited about that. The kids got soooo much stuff. Man, we have REALLY outgrown this house. Anyway, I will do a real update one of these days soon, so much stuff to put away right now, plus a giftcard to Torrid and Fashion Bug just waiting to be spent. Woo-hoo!
